Predominantly made using New Zealand grown and milled wholemeal flour,  with a smattering of rye and white flour, this loaf has been fermented for up to 40 hours, creating bread that is tremendously healthy, has an awesome depth of flavour, a magnificent caramelised crust and excellent keeping qualities. Made with all natural ingredients. No additives or preservatives. 800 grams.   Storage: Once opened, store in airtight container Ingredients: Wheat flour, rye flour, sea salt, water, levain Allergens: Gluten and wheat.
