Handcrafted Hot Cross Buns – No Refined Sugar!
Baked using our signature sourdough starter, these buns are rich in flavour – full of cider soaked currants and sultanas, apricots and oranges. Perfectly spiced with our own special spice blend and lightly sweetened with local honey, these buns are just as good toasted as they are fresh.
We love our region and are proud to source our ingredients as local as possible. Our raw honey comes from Greytown Honey, our eggs from Wairarapa Free Range Eggs, our flour from Farmers Mill in Timaru and we use high quality NZ butter.
